GENERAL INFORMATION

Shipping time may vary according to delivery company time frames and zones and does not include order processing time. All orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) from 8am - 5pm. Tracking advice will be sent to you by message or email once your order has been dispatched. Orders can take up to 24 hours to process before being shipped. In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES INFORMATION

All items returned will be exchanged within 14 days after the date of purchase. For the items to be exchanged, in case the price of the items exchanged is over, you will be asked to pay the difference before the shipment. In the opposite case, no store credit and no refund will be given. Please note this excludes all underwear. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. You are required to pay any shipping costs, however we will ship back your exchange item free of charge! Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning. Receive a damaged item?
