  • How do I place an order?

    To place an order just follow these steps:

    Step 1: Pick your favorite items, just select the color and size and click 'ADD TO CART'

    Step 2: Click 'VIEW MY CART' update quantity or add a note if need then click 'LET'S ORDER'

    Step 3: Log in to your account if you're an existing customer or create a new account. Login is not required at checkout, just fill all your informations.

    Step 4: Enter your discount code or gift card if you have one.

    Step 5: Choose your shipping and payment method, confirm your order and voila!

  • Pricing and Errors on the Website

    If in the event a product is listed at the incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order after the acceptance of your purchase.

    Where we have become aware of any error or inaccuracy, we will correct the error accordingly on our website as quickly as possible and inform you of the cancelling of your order.

    In no way does MOI OUTFIT intend to mislead or deceive our customers.

  • What does unfulfilled status mean?

    'Unfulfilled' means that your order is still yet to be dispatched! Our team are still working on your order and as soon it is completed, this status will change to fulfilled and you will be sent your tracking details.

  • Cancelling my order

    We can only make changes to your order if it hasn't reached the packing stage. Please give our team a call ASAP to see if we can get this done for you!

  • Why has my order been cancelled?

    We have the right to cancel or refuse shipment of any orders for the following reasons:

    Request for additional information is refused or not received within requested time

    Request customer to contact us within time-frame is not met

    Payment method with ABA Pay, Wing Money and True Money has not been transferred within 24 hours

    Purchase transaction does not pass our security check

    Product is listed at an in correct price or with incorrect information.

  • One of my items wasn't available?

    We try to keep our website stock levels as accurate and up to date as possible!

    However on the rare occasion some items are just so popular that multiple people try checking out at the exact same time with the same items in their cart, our website sometimes isn't able to update fast enough (within a few seconds) to let you know an item sold out while you were checking out.

    Our team will email you as soon as possible to let you know if your order is affected!

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

    Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am – 5pm GMT.

    During big sale periods and holiday seasons, there may be a slight delay with the shipment of your order but we will always let you know if this is the case!

    In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be processed due to a security check. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Experience team.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

    If you order has not been shipped our team can still make changes to your shipping address - You would need to give us a call ASAP so we can change this before your order is shipped.

  • Can I return my online purchase in-store?

    Yes, you can return your purchase in store for an exchange or store credit within 14 days.

    You will need to provide your online order confirmation email, name or phone number as proof of purchase.

  • How long until my return is processed?

    Your return should be processed within 48 hours* (Mon– Fri) of being received. You will receive an email confirmation or phone call once your return has been completed!

  • Can I exchange my item?

    We offer exchanges on any items! In case the total amount of the products exchanged is higher, you will have to pay the difference. If the total amount of the products exchanged is lower, MOI OUTFIT will not refund or issue any store credit.
